David is a lifelong Southsider, raised in friendly Beech Grove.  A graduate of Beech Grove High School class of 1976, and Indiana University School of Business, with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Business, Majoring in Real Estate Administration class of 1981.  David has been a full-time real estate broker since 1981.

He is a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

David just started his 43rd year in the real estate business as of May 2023.  When asked about his real estate business, he says he enjoys the connections he had made over the years.  David achieves the most satisfaction in helping generations of families achieve their goals of home ownership.

David and his wife Lori have been married 38 years and have two sons, four grand dogs and two grand cats.  Samuel and his fiancé Cheyenne, and Charlie and his wife Julie live on the Southside.
